Storage of the IP address

Google Ads

This website uses Google Conversion Tracking. If you arrived at our website via an ad placed by Google, Google Ads will set a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google.

We process our customers' data in accordance with the data protection regulations of the federal government (Data Protection Act, DSG) and the EU GDPR in the context of the ordering process in our online shop, to enable them to select and order the selected products and services as well as their payment and delivery or processing.

The processed data includes master data (inventory data), communication data, contract data, payment data, and the persons affected by the processing include our customers, interested parties, and other business partners. The processing is carried out for the purpose of providing contractual services within the framework of operating an online shop, billing, delivery, and customer service. In this context, we use session cookies, e.g. to store the contents of the shopping cart, and permanent cookies, e.g. to store the login status.

Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b (performance of order transactions) and c (legally required archiving) DSGVO. The data marked as necessary are required for the establishment and fulfillment of the contract. We only pass on the data to third parties within the scope of delivery, payment, or within the scope of legal permissions and obligations. Data is only processed in third countries if this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract (e.g. at the customer's request for delivery or payment).

Users can optionally create a user account, which allows them to view their orders, among other things. During the registration process, users are provided with the necessary mandatory information. User accounts are not public and cannot be indexed by search engines, e.g. Google.

When users have terminated their user account, their data with respect to the user account is deleted, unless its retention is necessary for commercial or tax reasons in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO. Information in the customer account remains until its deletion with subsequent archiving in case of a legal obligation. It is the responsibility of users to store their data in case of termination before the end of the contract.

As part of registration and re-registration as well as the use of our online services, we store the IP address and the time of the respective user action. Storage is based on our legitimate interests as well as those of the users in protecting against misuse and other unauthorized use. These data will not be passed on to third parties unless it is necessary to pursue our claims or there is a legal obligation to do so pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO.

Deletion takes place after expiry of legal warranty and comparable obligations, the necessity of keeping the data is reviewed at irregular intervals. In the case of legal archiving obligations, deletion takes place after their expiry.

Data Transfer to the USA

On our website, tools from companies based in the USA are integrated, among other things. If these tools are active, your personal data may be transferred to the US servers of the respective companies.

We would like to point out that the USA is not a safe third country within the meaning of EU data protection law. US companies are obliged to hand over personal data to security authorities without you as the data subject being able to take legal action against this.
