How does the final settlement work?

After returning your vehicle, simpcar prepares a detailed final settlement.

The following items are considered:

1. Contract duration costs – Outstanding monthly charges
2. Excess kilometers – Additional mileage charged according to contract
3. Vehicle damage – Costs for damage beyond normal wear and tear
4. Cleaning and restoration – If the vehicle is not returned in proper condition
5. Replacement items – Costs for lost documents, keys, or accessories
6. Fuel/battery – Costs for refueling or recharging

The final invoice must be paid within 20 days of the invoice date. The deposit is refunded after offsetting any outstanding claims.
