How is the vehicle condition assessed upon return?

Upon return, the condition of your vehicle is documented – both at handover and at return.

How the inspection works:

1. Joint inspection – You and simpcar document the current condition together
2. Comparison – The condition is compared with the handover report
3. In case of disagreement – If both parties cannot agree, simpcar commissions an independent assessor
4. Cost allocation – The costs of the assessor are borne by the party at fault
