What happens if I miss a payment?

If an invoice is not paid on time, the following reminder process applies:

1. 1st reminder – Payment reminder without additional costs
2. 2nd reminder – Reminder fee of CHF 20.00
3. 3rd reminder – Reminder fee of CHF 30.00

If full payment is still not received after the third reminder, simpcar reserves the right to:

• Increase the deposit
• Terminate the contract without notice
• Repossess the vehicle
• Charge a flat fee of CHF 750.00 for termination expenses
• Hand over the outstanding debt to a collection agency

Tip: Make sure your invoices are paid within 20 days of the invoice date.
